This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to defects in materials and workmanship of your purchase, provided your product is maintained with care and used only for personal, residential purposes. Exclusions: Items used for commercial, contract or other non-residential purposes, display models, items purchased as is, or items damaged due to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse or improper assemble are not covered. Discoloration or fading of the finish of fabrics as a result of exposure to the elements, chemicals or spills is not covered. Tabletop glass breakage, corrosion or rusting of hardware and damage to frames or welds cause by improper assembly, misuse or natural cause are not covered. If within the stated warranty period a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer’s Customer Service Department at www.partsnservice.com OR 1-866-632-1718. The Customer Service Department, at its option, will replace the defect parts. Warranty to the original purchaser is non-transferable. All warranty claims require a dated sales receipt and photographs of the damaged item to be sent into the service department. Any replacement warranted items will be in the original style and colour, or a similar style and colour if the original is unavailable or has been discontinued.
